Brachytydeus viviparus (Thor, 1931)

  • Type locality: in Norway
  • Holotype: Lost. (After Thor's death, his entire collection was destroyed in accordance with his will.)

Notes

  • Species recorded in France by Grandjean (1938: 593–594), probably the oldest leg chaetotaxy published for Tydeidae. The phanerotaxy reported by Grandjean coincides with that of 'Brachytydeus.
  • Listed as "ancient species" by Kaźmierski (1998: 357)
  • Species not listed by Silva et al. (2016)
