Moxostoma macrolepidotum (Lesueur, 1817)

Type locality: Delaware River, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

Etymology: macro- (= long); lepida (= scale), probably referring to how dark scale bases make scales appear larger than they are. (From The ETYFish project)
