Melanophidium wynaudense (Beddome, 1863)

  • Lectotype: BMNH 1946.1.15.46 (former 74.4.29.84), adult ♀, collected by R.H. Beddome between 1857–1882. [designated by Gower et al. (2016: 490)]
  • Type locality: “Cherambady in the Wynand”, restricted by lectotype designation to “near Manantoddy (Mananthavady), Wayanad” by Gower et al. (2016: 490).
  • Paralectotypes (n=3): BMNH 1946.1.15.74 (former 64.3.9.6), adult ♀, and MNHN-RA-1895.108 and MNHN-RA-1895.109.
