Type locality: Yeongchi-gul Cave, Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea

Holotype ♀: ?Lost in NSMT

Type locality: Underground room of old AIK, Wangsimni, Seoul, Korea

Neotype ♀ (by Kim & Lee, 2006): ?AIK (12.VI.2001; B. W. Kim)
