Name

Sorensenella prehensor Pocock, 1903: 409, fig. 84A.

Type locality: New Zealand (Originally said to be "without indication of locality" beyond the country [in Pocock, 1903]).

Typus: Holotype ♀ [per Forster, 1954: 251]. BMNH, legit Dr. Richardson.
