Notes
edit- First, the genus 'somewhat atypical of the Tydeidae' was placed in a new subfamily, the Pseudotydeinae, and assigned to the Tydeidae (Baker & Delfinado, 1974).
- As suggested by André (1980: 151), the genus was transferred to Ereynetinae by André & Fain (2000: 436).
- The transfer was confirmed and the genus described, for the first time from an adult, by André & Ducarme (2003).
