Erromyzon sinensis (Chen, 1980)

  • Syntypes: Mus. Inst. Hydrobiol. Acad. Sinica 75-IV-1801-1805 (5), 2572-2574 (3), 2579 (1), 2581 (1), 2804 (1), 3217-3220 (4).

Type locality: West River, Lonsheng Xian, Lipu Xian and Jinxiu Xian, Guangxi Province, China.

Etymology: The specific epithet sinensis means "of China", derived from sinae (Latinized for "Chinese") + ensis (Latin for "belonging to").
