Holotype: CNC. ♂. CANADA: Alberta, Ram River (52°05′20″N, 115°50′20″W) on Road #940 (Forestry Trunk Road), 300–500 m above falls, reared from larva collected 6.vi.1999 (Zloty & Pritchard), pupated 8.ix.1999, adult emerged 21.ix.1999.
Type locality: CANADA: Alberta, Ram River (52°05′20″N, 115°50′20″W) on Road #940 (Forestry Trunk Road), 300–500 m above falls.
