Notes
edit- Neospeleognathopsis was first described as a subgenus of Speleognathopsis (Fain, 1958: 160).
- It was raised to full generic level by Fain (1962: 10) ; see also Fain (1970: 513).
- It was divided in two subgnera, Neospeleognathopsis and Speleomyotis by Fain (1962: 10) ; see also Fain (1970: 513).
- A third subgenus, Pteropignathus, was added by Fain & Lukoschus (1979: 58).
