Type locality: Mt. Kagura-yama,300-400 m alt., Aoyama, Saeki-shi, Oita Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan.

Holotype: NSMT. male ♂. 08.XII.2006. legit N. Kikuya. NSMT-Ar6999.
