Type locality: Deo Trampton, 1650 m alt., one of northern valleys of Mt. Phang Si Pang, ~15 km W Safa, Lai Chau Prov., Vietnam

Holotype: NSMT. male ♂. 18.VII.2001. legit S. Nomura. Ar 5472.
