  • Holotype: USNM 55906.
  • Paratypes: ANSP 33289 (1), IU (1); BSMP (1) apparently destroyed; MCZ 32200 [not 32220] (1); CAS-SU 20004 (1), 42171 [ex IU 11595] (1); USNM 55920 (1), 126395 [ex USFC 1490 = USBF 4537] (1).

Type locality: Bulan, Sorsogon, Philippines.
