  • Holotype: ICN 16980, ♀, body in alcohol with skull removed, collected by Miguel E. Rodríguez-Posada on 6 February 2004.
  • Type locality: “COLOMBIA. Caldas: Manizales, vereda el Desquite, corregimiento 7, Reserva Hidrográfica Río Blanco, finca Martinica, 5° 4’9.40”N, 75°22’38.28”W, 3500 m a.s.l”.
