Thamnophis proximus (Say, 1823)

  • Holotype: ?ANSP, collected by T. Say [Long Rocky Mtn. Expedition] between September 1819–June 1820. [lost fide Smith & Taylor (1945: 166)]
  • Type locality: “stone quarry below Camp Missouri”.
