Type locality: Vietnam, Quang Ninh Province, Ha long Bay, island dáo van giò, phreatic lake in cave dông duc Tiên, 20°50.34'N, 107°16.77'E.[1]
Etymology: The latin narinosus means 'who has large nostrils'.
