Holotype: USNM. ♂ (dissected from pupa): SOUTH KOREA: Samjong (620 m), Kayasan, Hapchongun, Kyongsangnam-do [≈35°30'N 28°00'E], 25-26.v. 1983 (S. Uchida).
Paratypes: USNM (allotype ♀ [dissected from pupa], same data as holotype), CNC, USNM, GWC. same data as holotype. 10 larvae [4 on slides, 6 in EtOH], 7 pupae [4 on slides, 3 in EtOH].
Type locality: SOUTH KOREA: Samjong (620 m), Kayasan, Hapchongun, Kyongsangnam-do [≈35°30'N 28°00'E].
