- Holotype: SAM 47388, adult ♀.
- Type locality: “Dasklip Pass near Porterville, 32°42′S/19°21′E, Cape Province, South Africa, at an altitude of 760 m”.
- Paratypes (30): SAM 47389, adult ♂, same data as the holotype; JEM-CR 579-583 from Landdroskop; JEM-CR 970-975 and 977 from Obiekwa; JEM-CR 63, 64, 585-587 and 1792 from Dasklip Pass; JEM-CR 473-476 and 202-204 from Piketberg Mountains; JEM-CR 1217, 1218 and 1220-1222 from Pickenierskloof.
