Type locality: North Korea, Gô-Sui [about 41°14′N 128°52′E / 41.233°N 128.867°E].
Holotype: coll. ZMM. male, Boreal Korea, Gô-Sui [about 41°14′N 128°52′E / 41.233°N 128.867°E], 17.7.1934, F. Chô leg.
Etymology. The species is named after my permanent colleague Maxim Lazarev, who discovered the holotype among the undisassembled materials from the collection of N.N. Plavilstshchikov at the Zoological Museum of Moscow University
