Type locality: USA, Idaho State, Idaho County, Payette National Forest, Payette National Forest, Burgdorf road 12.4 miles northwest of Warren Wagon road, tributary of Fall Creek.
Holotype: AMNH, male, MorphBank 822513 [1].
Paratypes:
- AMNH, female, MorphBank 822512 [2], same data as holotype.
- CASENT9039217, 2 males, near type locality: 16.6 miles northwest of Warren Wagon Road.
Distribution: USA, Idaho State, Idaho County, Payette National Forest, North-facing, horizontal band of Abies grandis forest above south shore of Salmon River.
