- Holotype: ZDEU 2/2020-1, adult ♀, collected by M. Kurnaz and M.K. Şahin on 16 August 2020.
- Type locality: “from a rural area in Yazıhan, vicinity of Boztepe and Koşar villages, Malatya Province (Lat: 38°41’32”N – Long: 38°10’13”E and about 950 m a.s.l.) in Eastern Anatolia, Turkey”.
- Paratypes (2): ZDEU 2/2020-2, adult ♀, and ZDEU 2/2020-3, juvenile indet., same data as holotype.
- Etymology: named after Çetin Ilgaz.
