• Holotype: SAIAB 207212, collected by R/V "uKwabelana" on 8 June 2015.
• Type locality: “Rheeders Reef, Tsitsikamma, Garden Route National Park, Eastern Cape Province, -34.02735, 23.90468, 20–21 m depth”.
