  • Holotype: unlocated. [Lost fide McDiarmid et al. (1999: 345)]
  • Neotype: ZFMK 76340, adult ♀, deposited by Andreas Gumprecht. [Designated by Vogel, David & Sidik (2014: 6).]
  • Type locality: “Bencoolen”, redesignated by neotype designation to “Southwestern Sumatra” by Vogel, David & Sidik (2014: 6).
