- Type locality: “Jarefa Camp village (09º12’19”S, 148º14’15”E), elevation 820 m, near Itokama (=Itogama), on the Managalas Plateau, Managalas Conservation Area, Ijvitari District, Oro Province, Papua New Guinea”.
