Suchonica vladimiri Golubev, 1999

Holotype: PIN, no. 4611/1, the anterior (? cervical) armor scute; Vologda Region, Velikii Ustyug District, village of Poldarsa; Upper Permian, Upper Tatarian Substage, North-Dvinian Regional Stage, the top of the Nyuksenitsa Member of the Sukhona Formation.

Etymology: In honor of paleoichthyologist Vladimir Mashin, who found the specimen.
