  • Type locality: CHINA: Yunnan, Lincang Pref., Laobie Shan, Wei Bo Shan pass, 24°08'16"N, 99°42'53"E, 2375 m.
  • Holotype: Volker Assing private collection, ♂, 8.IX.2009, leg. M. SCHÜLKE.
  • Etymology: The specific epithet (Latin, adjective: with small tooth) refers to the subapically dentate ventral process of the aedeagus.
