  • Holotype: UF 30135, adult ♂, skin, skull and postcranial skeleton, collected by J.A. Ottenwalder on 23 March 1977.
  • Type locality: “Bucan de Tuí, S. Oviedo, Península de Barahona, Provincia Pedernales, Dominican Republic”.
