Xerus inauris (Zimmermann, 1780)

Type locality: South Africa, Kaffirland, 100 mi. (160 km) N of Cape of Good Hope. "Bewohnt die Cafferen, über hundert Meilen nordwärts des Vorgebürges der guten Hofnung...".
