Name

Sarcohyla pentheter (Adler, 1965)

• Holotype: UMMZ 125381, adult ♂, collected by Kraig Adler on 23 June 1964.
• Type locality: “about 37 km N of San Gabriel Mixtepec (about 100 km airline SSW of Oaxaca de Juárez), Oaxaca, 1700 m”, Mexico.
• Paratypes (4): UMMZ 125377–125380, same data as the holotype.
