editHolotype: FFR 3056. Paratypes: FFR 3057 (6), 3058 (5), 3059 (5); CMK 22399 (3).
Type locality: Turkey, Nigde prov., Ecemis Stream at Çamardı county, Seyhan River drainage.
Etymology: The name labecula, is a Latin word meaning with small spots, derived from labes meaning a blotch, a stain, an ink stain; a reference to the colour pattern of adults made only of black spots.
