- Holotype: IASST A66, adult ♂, collected in September 2005.
- Type locality: “Banana plantation, areca nut tree and sugarcane plants from the personal gardens in the neighboring areas of Suffry tea estate (26°55′--27°00′ N, 94°55′--95°03′ E), Assam, India”.
