Glaucostegus thouin (Anonymous Lacepède, 1798)

  • Syntypes: ?MNHN A-7950 (1) Red Sea.

Type locality: No locality (is probably Indonesia).

Etymology: in honor of botanist André Thouin (1746-1824), who helped secure a specimen in Holland and transport it to France. (From: The ETYFish project)
