Type locality: Indonesia, Sumatra, Jambi Province, Mt Kerinci, footpath to summit, NW of Kersik Tua, 1°44’12”S, 101°15’35”E, evergreen hill forest, sifting, 1800-1980 m a.s.l.

Holotype: MHNG. male ♂. 16.II.2000. legit P. Schwendinger. Sum-00/12.
