Quasicichla mucistonaver Bannikov, 2004

  • Holotype: MCSNV T 253/254 complete skeleton, in counterpart.
  • Paratypes: MCSNV S 61/62, S 63/64, both complete skeletons, in counterparts.
  • Type horizon: Middle Eocene, Lutetian, zone Discoaster sublodoensis; Bolca, Pesciara cave.

Etymology: specific epithet represents the abbreviation of Museo Civico di Storia Naturale di Verona, where the type material of the species is housed.
