Pyrrhulina marilynae Netto-Ferreira & Marinho, 2013

  • Holotype: MCP 47420.
  • Paratypes: (94 specimens)

Type locality: Brazil, Mato Grosso, Tapurah, stream crossing MT-338 road, 62 Km to the north of Tapurah, 12°15'29”S, 56°38'59”W [1].

Etymology: The specific epithet is in honor to Marilyn Weitzman, for her assistance to both authors since the beginning of their enterprise in studying fishes of the family Lebiasinidae.
