- Type locality: Thailand, Tak province, Mae Ramat district, dry evergreen forest, 16° 58.591’ N, 98° 31.012’ E, 363 m.
- Holotype: ♂; 2008-03-20; CUMNH.
- Paratypes: 7 ♂, 15 ♀.
- Eponymy: in honour of Catherine Craig.
