Type locality: China, Xinjiang, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Altay Prefecture: Fuyun County, Ocoa Sea Breeze, Erqis Grand Canyon, on the way from the Carla Chale Waterfall to the Shenzhong Mountain, N47°19'28", E90°01'51", 1355 m.

Holotype: IZCAS. male ♂. 19.VII.2013. legit J. Liu, K. Meng, Z. Yao & Z. Zhao.
