- Type locality: “Bulburin State Forest, via Many Peaks, ME.Q. [=Mideastern Queensland]”, corrected to “Bulburin SF, 24km SW Miriam Vale (24°31′, 151°29′) SEQ [=Southeastern Queensland]”, Australia, by Couper, Covacevich & Moritz (1993: 111).
