Name

Phyllomedusa tomopterna (Cope, 1868)

Type locality: "Río Napo, or Upper Amazon, below the mouth of the former", Departamento Loreto, Peru.

Syntypes: Smithsonian Museum (USNM) 6651 (2 specimens), now lost.
