Phylloicus bicarinatus Prather, 2003

Type locality: Peru, Madre de Dios, Manu Biosphere Res., Pakitza Bio. Sta., Quebrada Trompetero, trail 2, marker 15, 11º56'39"S, 71º16'59"W, 350 m.

Holotype: MHNJP. male. 3.VII.1993. Blahnik & Pescador.

Etymology: Bicarinatus, from the Latin bi-, "two" and carinatus, "keeled", referring to the double keel of tergum X.
