Christinus guentheri (Boulenger, 1885)

  • Lectotype: BMNH 1862.1.6.29, collected by F.N. Raynor. [designation by Wells & Wellington (1985: 15)]
  • Type locality: “Norfolk Island”, “Lord Howe Island” and “Champion Bay, NW coast of Australia”, in error fide Cogger (1971), restricted by lectotype designation to “Lord Howe Island” by Wells & Wellington (1985: 15).

  • Australia: Lord Howe Island and its small satellite islands (Mutton Bird, Ball's Pyramid, Blackburn and Roach Island) and Norfolk Islands (Nepean and Phillip Islands, and on three small rocky islets, Moo'oo Stone, Bird Rock and Green Pool Stone).
