- Type locality: “Banyo”, corrected to “Banyo, 200 km ENE Bamenda, Adamawa Province, Cameroon” by Amiet (1971: 93).
- Paralectotypes (27): ZMB (26 specimens) & MCZ A-19577, adult ♀, same data as the lectotype.
