Paraplagusia bleekeri Kottelat, 2013

  • Holotype: RMNH 17879.

Type locality: one of the eight localities in Java listed by Bleeker where he collected or observed the species: Batavia, Cheribon, Tegal, Tjilatjap, Samarang, Rembang, Surabaja, Pasuruan.

Etymology: The specific name was given in reference to Peter Bleeker, who collected the type of this species.
