Orthocomotis andina Razowski , Pelz & Wojtusiak, 2007

Type locality: Ecuador, Napo Prov., 15 km SE Cosanga, Cocodrilo, 1850 m., 0º38'56"S, 77º47'34"W.

Holotype: CVPR. male. GS 1572-VP. 25.X.2002. sta 37, leg. Gielis & Pelz.

Etymology

The species epithet refers to the distribution of the new species in the Andes.. It is herewith defined as a noun in apposition.
