Holotype: SAMA R66123 (FN SJR 9726), adult male.
Type locality: Waile Creek adjacent to Porgera Reservoir, Enga Province, Papua New Guinea (05°34.216’S, 143°03.526’E; 3,122 m asl) collected on 7 September 2005, by S. Richards.
