  • Type locality: Atlantis station 3483. Gulf of Mexico, Cuba, Bahia de Matanzas. 23°12′30″N 81°22′00″W / 23.2083333°N 81.366666°W / 23.2083333; -81.366666. Depth: 521 m.
  • Neotype: MCZ OPH-6477 [1], designated by Baker (2016: 22).
