Type locality: "Peru, Cusco Region, Province of Paucartambo, District of Cosñipata, Wayqecha Research Center, Quebraba Toqoryuoc, gravid female, 13°11′31.92″S, 71°35′28.97″W, 3100 m above sea level".

Holotype: MUSM 26320.
