Type locality: U.S.A.: Georgia: Walker County, Lula Falls Cave (GWK617), near Lula Lake on Lookout Mountain, ~5 km S. of the town of Lookout Mountain, elevation ~400 m.

Holotype: AMNH. male ♂. 15.IV.2014. legit K.S. Zigler, L.M. Carver, L. Lyles (KSZ13-169) male specimen ID# AMNH_IZC 00357042.
