Type locality:Indonesia, West Sumatra Province, Payakumbuh City, Koto Tiggi Village, a cave without name, close to the Imam Bonjol Cave, 2.08057°S, 101.37412°E, 962 m.

Holotype: IZCAS. male ♂. 17.V.2014. legit Z. Yao.
