Type locality: Indonesia, West Sumatra Province, Payakumbuh City, Koto Tiggi Village, a cave without name, close to the Imam Bonjol Cave, 00.06368°S, 100.34513°E, 962 m.

Holotype: IZCAS. male ♂. 17.V.2014. legit Z. Yao.
