Nandus oxyrhynchus Ng, Vidthayanon & Ng, 1996

Type locality: Thailand: Amphoe Phrai Bung, Sisaket Province.

Etymology: Named after its sharp snout (when compared with N. nebulosus). From Greek oxys, sharp and rhynchos, nose. An adjective.
